As an entrepreneur and activist with over a decade of experience, Caitlen has helped organizations nationwide improve fundraising, develop programs, influence policy, and innovate. Based in Palm Beach County, Caitlen serves on the Suits for Seniors Board and the PBSC’s AI Advisory Committee.

Known for her creativity and authentic leadership, Stacy is passionate about helping others see the possibilities in their career journeys—and giving them the tools to get there. Outside of work, Stacy lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband and three kids—a 12-year-old and 8-year-old boy-girl twins—who keep her busy, on her toes, and always learning—just like she encourages students to be in their own careers.
