Join us for Expressive Expresso, a 3-month faith-based support group designed specifically for mothers and mothers of children with special needs. This nurturing, online program offers a safe space for moms to come together and grow in their faith, all while focusing on mental health and nutrition.

Each week, you’ll be part of an encouraging community where we lift each other up in prayer, discuss faith-building topics, and explore practical strategies for personal well-being. Our sessions are crafted to help you see yourself as God sees you and to strengthen your relationship with Him.

We know life can be busy, which is why we’re offering two meeting options to accommodate your schedule:

Wednesdays (6:30 PM - 8:00 PM): 10/16/24, 10/30/24, 11/6/24, 11/20/24, 12/11/24

Saturdays (10:00 AM - 11:30 AM): 10/19/24, 11/2/24, 11/9/24, 11/23/24, 12/14/24
