21+ EVENT - Valid ID Required for Entry (This means No Kids, Babies/Strollers etc.)

Your admission ticket includes unlimited wing samplings and unlimited domestic beer and hard seltzers for the entirety of the event! 

VIP Ticketholders also get unlimited local craft draft beer and liquor/cocktails and EARLY ENTRY!!

​Attendees will stop by each booth to sample what each Competitor is servin’ up... And then continue to enjoy UNLIMITED wing samplings, alcohol, Game Area, and live music all night long!

Got a sweet tooth?? Deserts will be available for purchase at the event, with 15% of their proceeds going directly to The Children's Hunger Project.

Upon entry all attendees will be given 1 branded token. After tasting each wing, be sure to drop your token off with your favorite Competitor to give them your “People’s Choice” vote.

A panel of qualified judges will announce the 2023 SPACE COAST WING BATTLE CHAMPION based on a blind taste-test.

Includes exclusive early entry to enjoy an extra hour of the event with shorter lines & first dibs on unlimited wing samplings, unlimited domestic beers, hard seltzers, LOCAL CRAFT DRAFT BEER, AND LIQUOR/COCKTAILS, Game Area, & live music all night long! Be sure to sample wings from each Competitor to vote for your favorite in the "People's Choice" category of the competition.

1. I understand that vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. If I cannot attend, I will notify the market manager and forfeit my fees. I understand I cannot swap my booth with another vendor. All vendors must apply and be approved by the market manager. Refunds and credits are ONLY provided if the market manager cancels or postpones the market. 

2. I understand that market hours are pre-set. I will attend and stay for the whole duration of the market. I will also arrive and my table will be ready and set up for customers when doors open. I also understand the takedown time is limited. 

3. I understand that the market manager will create the floor plan and special requests will be heard and accommodated, only when possible. 

4. I agree that supporting marketing and promotion efforts is important to the success of the market. If accepted to the market, I will promote the market on my social media channels and invite my friends/family/followers to the Facebook & ShowUp event pages. 

5. For food vendors - I agree to have all of the proper stal Health paperwork and provide it to the Market Manager directly .

6. I understand that if I do not pay the market fee by the deadline indicated, the market manager will move to the next vendor on their waitlist. My spot is only guaranteed once payment is made. 

7. For vendors sharing a table, they must be indicated on your application form and pre-approved by the market manager due to limits on the number of vendors per category.

The terms and conditions for ticket buyers of ShowUp App LLC regulate the contractual relationship between the participant, the organizer and ShowUp.

We point out that ShowUp is not the organizer of the events offered in the ticket shop. The organizer may have its own terms and conditions, which are referred to during the sales process . In principle, there is no guarantee of admission by purchasing a ticket. The organizer's domiciliary rights remain.

In the event of exclusion from the event, the advance booking fees are non-refundable.
