WHAT TO EXPECT AS A VENDOR:

- Foodie Night Market is looking for a multitude of Food vendors, craft, vintage, homewares, records, small batch food, art, handmade jewelry, repurposed clothing, and other unique vendors. Once all vendor applications have been submitted, we will carefully select the top vendors from each category.

- Select a booth option and complete the additional information to apply!

- Upon approval, vendors will be automatically sent a payment link that expires within 48 hours.

- Upon successful payment a follow up email with day of details will be sent.

- UPON APPLYING YOU AGREE TO PAYING VENDOR FEE IF APPROVED

Each vendor is required to have their own set up, which includes their own canopy, tables, weights, table coverings, decor & necessary equipment, which may include generators, extension cords & signage. No power will be provided. We have limited access to power and will be using it for live entertainment and music. White commercial grade 10'x10' canopies are PREFERRED for a cohesive look but not required. Weights are absolutely required, you will be asked to leave without 20lbs+ on each leg, we are setting up on the promenade of the harbor, expect some windy conditions. Weights are also required for all free standing displays, like clothing racks and mannequins, etc. Please confirm you have proper weights before applying, because this creates a big liability issue. thank you for understanding.
