 We hope you are as excited as we are about this weekend's event; Everything is looking great on our end so far. 

***Setup time will be between 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to ensure everything is in place prior to 1:00 p.m. FOOD TRUCKS And FOOD VENDORS should be ready by 12:15 p.m. For inspection. Do NOT arrive before 11 a.m. or you will have to wait in line outside the square. 

There are a few things that you can do to prevent last-minute stress, such as making sure you have everything you need and being prepared to arrive on time to set up your booth. 

*Don't forget your 10' X 10' tent (tent leg weights are recommended) 

*Please remember that electricity is not provided. Extra lighting or rechargeable lighting is recommended (most of the event will be after sunset) 

*LED Christmas lights and Holiday decorations are a big plus as well. 

*Just a reminder, booth location will be in order of arrival with placement right next to the last vendor to arrive. Food Vendors and Sponsors are the only exceptions, their locations are predetermined (Please check in with us upon arrival) 

**Please use one of 2 entrances for setting up. The entrance next to The Publix Plaza or the entrances by Meeting Street Restaurant. The residential entrances will be blocked off. 

We will have staff members helping you to find your booth locations. Be Patient and wait in the carline for your turn . 

**ONLY ONE VEHICLE IS ALLOW PER VENDORS INSIDE THE SQUARE. 

Please unload vehicles in 20 min and remove them from the square quickly so that other vendors can do the same. 

NO BOOTH should be taken down or removed before 7 PM. If so , we will reserve the right to allow this vendor back to the event and a fee of $75 will be apply . 

Please remember to Read always our Terms and Conditions. They are located on your ticket when you purchased them. They are also published under our highlights on our social media. Remember that our events are RAIN or SHINE ☀️.png  Events 4 All, own right to cancel the event during heavy rain circumstances . We do not extend credits, and we do not do returns.

We will provide an evening of fantastic shopping from businesses and crafters around town, lots of kid's entertainment, food and drinks, all while connecting with your family, friends, and our local community.

-Pictures with Santa Will be availabkle from 3:00pm - 5:00pm

 -Bounce House and Ninja Course will be at the event all day

 -Petting Zoo will be available from 2:00pm until 6:00pm

-Music / School Band and live music from Richemond Fabien Quartet will be playing Holiday music and Christmas Carols.

-Christmas Picture Opportunity and Photo booth will be available.

Over 60 booths of crafts inspired and created by exhibitors from all over the Treasure Coast!  **Boutiques, Handmade Soaps, Handmade Jewelry, Baked Goods, Handmade Candles, crafts, and a lot of Local Businesses, just to name a few!

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
No checks, no cash, and no payments will be received on the date of the event. No refunds will be made. 
Our events are always RAIN OR SHINE.
Important:
All vendors will be set up on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. ( everybody should be ready by 1:00 p.m.)
Per orders of the Administrative Office , there will be only ONE car per vendor allowed at the event area, during setting up time. 

⚙️Set-up:
-Once your booth is set up it cannot be moved until after the event is completed. $75 will be charged if you leave earlier or to come back to any of our future events. 
-Electricity is not provided at the event. Your should count with extra lighting for events that end after 5pm ( LED lights are recommended)
-You will be assigned one 10X10' space in the order you arrive . Vendors are located one after another one; unless you are a Food truck or a Sponsor you will not be guarantee any specific or predetermined booth location  (you will need to bring a tent, chairs, and table). No one will be permitted to use more than their designated space or they will need to pay an extra fee.

Liability:
-It is understood that EACH company or vendor assumes responsibility for the loss or damage suffered from theft, vandalism, destruction by fire, or other causes.
-Only registered vendors will be allowed to conduct business at the event. Any vendor who allows someone else to promote, sell, or market a product or service from their assigned space, who is not registered with our company, will forfeit their rights as a vendor and all fees paid. This will be strictly enforced.
-Events 4 All, Corp reserves the right to approve and/or limit the approval of any and all vendor applications.
-**FOOD vendor Requirements are Proof of Food License, and Insurance
