Once your booth is set up, it cannot be moved or dismantled until the event ends. Leaving early will incur a $75 fine and may disqualify you from future events.
Electricity is NOT provided. Please bring your own lighting if you expect to stay after 5 PM (LED lights recommended).
Trick-or-Treat Activity: This is a family-friendly event, and all vendors are required to bring enough candy to hand out to children visiting your booth.
4. LIABILITY & VENDOR CONDUCT
Each vendor assumes FULL responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury caused by theft, vandalism, fire, weather conditions, or any other causes, including those beyond the control of Events 4 All, Corp.
Only registered vendors may conduct business at the event. Allowing unregistered persons to sell or promote from your booth will result in forfeiture of vendor rights and fees. This will be strictly enforced.
Events 4 All, Corp reserves the right to approve, limit, or deny vendor applications at its sole discretion.
5. LICENSE & INSURANCE
Food vendors are required to provide proof of a valid food license and insurance.
Crafters and non-food businesses are not required to carry insurance but do so at their own risk and are not covered under our insurance policy.

6. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & ACCEPTANCE
By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to comply with all the terms, rules, regulations, and liability conditions stated above. I acknowledge that failure to comply may result in removal from the event and/or disqualification from future participation without refund.

*Vendors will be placed side by side in a continuous layout.
*Booth spaces will be assigned in the order vendors arrive during set-up time.

All vendors inside the Barn must bring:
*Tables, chairs, tablecloths.
*Battery-operated lights (no electricity provided).
*Holiday decorations to enhance the festive atmosphere.

Outside Barn vendors must also bring:
*A 10’ x 10’ tent (maximum size)
*Tent weights on each tent leg (required for safety)
📌 Indoor vendors do not need a tent but must bring all other listed items.

🎉 Holiday Activities (Optional but Encouraged)
*Vendors are highly encouraged to bring a family-friendly activity, game, small giveaway, or brand-related experience to engage visitors.

*Operate under your state’s Cottage Food Law
*Certificate of Liability Insurance naming
 iL Mercato Inc. and Hobe Sound Farms as additional insured is mandatory. We will provide you an example.
*You Must comply with state rules: products must be pre-packaged and labeled; no on-site food prep or refrigeration allowed.
*Clearly display ingredients and allergy info

Booth Guidelines:
*Booth located inside the barns are approximately  10’ x 10’.

(This Ticket is mean to be use ONLY by the NON profit company buying this ticket category. NO other company can be feature under this space )

Crafters and non- profit Set Up time is from 11:00am until 12:30pm  (more details about set up will be sent on an email the week previous the email). Corner spaces are no Guarantee to any vendor. Corner spaces have an Extra charge.

Food vendors set up time is from 11am until 12pm; by 12:15pm food trucks and food vendors should be ready for inspection.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
No checks, no cash, and no payments will be received on the date of the event. No refunds will be made. 
Our events are always RAIN OR SHINE.
Important:
All vendors will be set up on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. ( everybody should be ready by 1:00 p.m.)
Per orders of the Administrative Office , there will be only ONE car per vendor allowed at the event area, during setting up time. 

⚙️Set-up:
-Once your booth is set up it cannot be moved until after the event is completed. $75 will be charged if you leave earlier or to come back to any of our future events.

-You will be assigned one 10X10' space in the order you arrive . Liability:
-It is understood that EACH company or vendor assumes responsibility for the loss or damage suffered from theft, vandalism, destruction by fire, or other causes.
-Only registered vendors will be allowed to conduct business at the event. Any vendor who allows someone else to promote, sell, or market a product or service from their assigned space, who is not registered with our company, will forfeit their rights as a vendor and all fees paid.
