⚠️ IMPORTANT RULES:
• No vehicles inside the square after 12:30 PM
• No early breakdowns (tear-down at 7 PM only)
• Bring: 10x10 tent, weights, tables/chairs, LED lights
• 20 minutes to unload, then park in the 3-story garage

CHECK-IN & ENTRY LOCATIONS
Please review carefully which entrance applies to your area: 
Side A Vendors:Enter through the Panera Bread / Meeting St, entrance.Form a car line — our team will check you in and guide you to your space in order of arrival. 
Sides B & C Vendors:Enter through the Publix / Kilwins entrance.Form a car line — a staff member will check you in and direct you to your booth. 
Food Trucks, Cottage Laws & Food Vendors under a Tent:Enter through the bridge on Town Hall Street.

Please review the map sent via Email for your entrance route.
Line up on your designated street and wait for check-in before proceeding.

Location: Tradition Square, Port St. Lucie

1. PAYMENT & EVENT POLICY
No checks, no cash, and no payments will be accepted on the date of the event.
No refunds will be made. All sales are final.
The event will take place RAIN OR SHINE.
2. VEHICLE POLICY
Only one vehicle per vendor is permitted in the event area during setup, per orders of the Administrative Office.
3. SET-UP GUIDELINES
Vendors will be assigned one mandatory 10’ x 10’ booth space, arranged consecutively in order of arrival.
Booth locations are not guaranteed unless you are a food truck or sponsor.
Vendors must bring a tent with weights (no exceptions), tables, and chairs.
Vendors may not use more space than assigned without paying an additional fee.
Once your booth is set up, it cannot be moved or dismantled until the event ends. Leaving early will incur a $75 fine and may disqualify you from future events.
Electricity is NOT provided. Please bring your own lighting if you expect to stay after 5 PM (LED lights recommended).
Trick-or-Treat Activity: This is a family-friendly event, and all vendors are required to bring enough candy to hand out to children visiting your booth.
4. LIABILITY & VENDOR CONDUCT
Each vendor assumes FULL responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury caused by theft, vandalism, fire, weather conditions, or any other causes, including those beyond the control of Events 4 All, Corp.
Only registered vendors may conduct business at the event. Allowing unregistered persons to sell or promote from your booth will result in forfeiture of vendor rights and fees. This will be strictly enforced.
Events 4 All, Corp reserves the right to approve, limit, or deny vendor applications at its sole discretion.
5. LICENSE & INSURANCE
Food vendors are required to provide proof of a valid food license and insurance.
Crafters and non-food businesses are not required to carry insurance but do so at their own risk and are not covered under our insurance policy.

6. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & ACCEPTANCE
By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to comply with all the terms, rules, regulations, and liability conditions stated above. I acknowledge that failure to comply may result in removal from the event and/or disqualification from future participation without refund.

I also understand and accept that I am fully responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to my property or person during the event and release iL Mercato, Inc. its officers, employees, and agents from any related liability.

(This Ticket is mean to be use ONLY by the NON profit company buying this ticket category. NO other company can be feature under this space )

Crafters and non- profit Set Up time is from 11:00am until 12:30pm  (more details about set up will be sent on an email the week previous the email). Corner spaces are no Guarantee to any vendor. Corner spaces have an Extra charge.

Food vendors set up time is from 11am until 12pm; by 12:15pm food trucks and food vendors should be ready for inspection.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
No checks, no cash, and no payments will be received on the date of the event. No refunds will be made.
