Thank you for registering as a vendor for Easter Eggstravaganza. 
Please read the following information carefully, as these rules and requirements are mandatory for participation.



Setup will take place between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM
All vendors must be fully set up before 10:00 AM
Food Trucks and Food Vendors must be ready by 9:15 AM for inspection

Do NOT arrive before 8:00 AM
Late arrivals or failure to comply may result in loss of booth space.



SETUP & TRANSPORTATION POLICY🚫 NO VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED DURING SETUP


Vendors WILL NOT be allowed to drive vehicles to their booth location



 to transport items from the drop-off area to their booth

Vendors are responsible for moving all equipment and merchandise using their own wagon/cart
Failure to bring a wagon/cart may delay or prevent setup

REMENTS
Booth size: 10’ x 10’TENT WEIGHTS ARE MANDATORY (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Vendors without proper tent weights will NOT be allowed to set up
Electricity is NOT provided
Booth locations are assigned in order of arrivalFood vendors and sponsors have preassigned locations



EASTER ACTIVITIES – REQUIRED🐣 EGG HOPPING ACTIVITY

Easter eggs OR Individually wrapped candy
Children will participate in an Egg Hopping activity, visiting vendor booths to collect eggs or candy
Items must be available at your booth during the event

Easter-themed decorations are highly encouraged

Event Date: Every 3rd Friday of the Months January- April 2026
Location: Tradition Square, Port St. Lucie

1. PAYMENT & EVENT POLICY
No checks, no cash, and no payments will be accepted on the date of the event.
No refunds will be made. All sales are final.
The event will take place RAIN OR SHINE.
2. VEHICLE POLICY 
VEHICLE are not allowed to drive into the square to unload or set up. You must bring a rolling cart or wagon to transport your items from nearby parking to your booth location. Plan accordingly.
3. SET-UP GUIDELINES
Vendors will be assigned one mandatory 10’ x 10’ booth space, arranged consecutively in order of arrival.
Booth locations are not guaranteed unless you are a food truck or sponsor.
Vendors must bring a tent with weights (no exceptions), tables, and chairs.
Vendors may not use more space than assigned without paying an additional fee.
Once your booth is set up, it cannot be moved or dismantled until the event ends. Leaving early will incur a $75 fine and may disqualify you from future events.
Electricity is NOT provided – bring LED lights or battery-powered solutions if needed after dark.

4. LIABILITY & VENDOR CONDUCT
Each vendor assumes FULL responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury caused by theft, vandalism, fire, weather conditions, or any other causes, including those beyond the control of Events 4 All, Corp.
Only registered vendors may conduct business at the event. Allowing unregistered persons to sell or promote from your booth will result in forfeiture of vendor rights and fees. This will be strictly enforced.
IL mercato INC. reserves the right to approve, limit, or deny vendor applications at its sole discretion.
5. LICENSE & INSURANCE
Food vendors are required to provide proof of a valid food license and insurance.
Crafters and non-food businesses are not required to carry insurance but do so at their own risk and are not covered under our insurance policy.

6. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & ACCEPTANCE
By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to comply with all the terms, rules, regulations, and liability conditions stated above. I acknowledge that failure to comply may result in removal from the event and/or disqualification from future participation without refund.

I also understand and accept that I am fully responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to my property or person during the event and release iL Mercato, Inc. its officers, employees, and agents from any related liability.
