OC Vibe Fest- Christmas Celebration by the Water ❄️

Step into a winter wonderland at the Balboa Fun Zone! Experience the joy of shopping from local vendors as holiday music fills the air and the sparkling bay sets the scene. Santa Claus will be there to meet families and take photos, while guests are invited to give back through our community toy drive. Vendors can connect with shoppers looking for meaningful holiday purchases in a truly magical, family-friendly environment.

Vendors are required to have a Newport Beach biz license and  insurance.

All our events are rain or shine unless otherwise stated by the organizer. 

All tickets are non-refundable including all additional fees and taxes. If disputes are filed by myself or my business, I am to be held responsible for the amount of the dispute plus any fees and time associated with handling the dispute.

Disputed payments are to be in favor of XO Popups. 

We do not guarantee that your product or service will sell. We do promote our events to our upmost best as we hope you do as well

All vendors must post our flyer and post about our event at least up to 3 times prior to the market. Failing to do so will result in a $60 fee.

If owner or manager decides to cancel the event, the event will be postponed to a future date (vendor will be able to choose between two future upcoming markets).
