Families and shoppers will love the festive booths, beautiful bay backdrop, and a special appearance from Labubu, the adorable mascot who will delight kids and adults alike. This event is designed for holiday enthusiasts who want to find one-of-a-kind gifts, beat the shopping rush, and enjoy a fun day of entertainment and waterfront vibes. Vendors will thrive with eager holiday buyers ready to start crossing names off their gift list!

Vendors are required to have a Newport Beach biz license and  insurance.

All our events are rain or shine unless otherwise stated by the organizer. 

All tickets are non-refundable including all additional fees and taxes. If disputes are filed by myself or my business, I am to be held responsible for the amount of the dispute plus any fees and time associated with handling the dispute.

Disputed payments are to be in favor of XO Popups. 

We do not guarantee that your product or service will sell. We do promote our events to our upmost best as we hope you do as well

All vendors must post our flyer and post about our event at least up to 3 times prior to the market. Failing to do so will result in a $60 fee.

If owner or manager decides to cancel the event, the event will be postponed to a future date (vendor will be able to choose between two future upcoming markets).
