Arrival Time: Vendors are expected to arrive no later than 4 PM. This will provide ample time for setup, ensuring that everything is ready to go by the start of the event at 6 PM.

Check-In: Upon arrival, please check in with our event coordinator, who will guide you to your designated space.

Display Space: Vendors are responsible for bringing their own display materials, including tables, chairs, and any necessary signage. Please keep within your designated space, which will be clearly marked.

Lighting: As the event will continue into the evening, we recommend providing adequate lighting for your display. String lights, lanterns, or battery-powered LEDs can create an inviting atmosphere.

Power Requirements: If you require electricity, please notify us in advance. Make sure to bring your own extension cords and power strips.

Inventory: Ensure that you have an adequate supply of products, considering the expected duration of the event.

Packaging: Prepare your products for sale or display. Have enough bags, containers, and packaging materials on hand for your customers.

Be engaging and approachable with attendees. Answer questions and provide information about your products or services.

Tear-Down Time: Please do not start packing up your booth until after 11 PM when the event concludes. Packing up early can disrupt the experience for other vendors and attendees.

Clean-Up: Ensure that your space is left clean and free of any trash or debris.

🚗 Parking is $5/car from the venue. ADA parking is available.

3. Do I need to bring cash to buy from vendors?

Most vendors will accept all forms of payment

- We are looking for a multitude off food, craft, vintage, homewares, records, small batch food, art, handmade jewelry, repurposed clothing, and other unique vendors. Once all vendor applications have been submitted, we will carefully select the top vendors from each category.

- Select a booth option and complete the additional information to apply! 

- Upon approval, vendors will be automatically sent a payment link that expires within 48 hours.

- Upon successful payment a follow up email with day of details will be sent.

1. I understand that vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. If I cannot attend, I will notify the market manager and forfeit my fees. I understand I cannot swap my booth with another vendor. All vendors must apply and be approved by the market manager. Refunds and credits are ONLY provided if the market manager cancels or postpones the market. 

2. I understand that market hours are pre-set. I will attend and stay for the whole duration of the market. I will also arrive and my table will be ready and set up for customers when doors open. I also understand the takedown time is limited. 

3. I understand that the market manager will create the floor plan and special requests will be heard and accommodated, only when possible. 

4. I agree that supporting marketing and promotion efforts is important to the success of the market. If accepted to the market, I will promote the market on my social media channels and invite my friends/family/followers to the Facebook & ShowUp event pages. 

5. For food vendors - I agree to have all of the proper stal Health paperwork and provide it to the Market Manager directly .

6. I understand that if I do not pay the market fee by the deadline indicated, the market manager will move to the next vendor on their waitlist. My spot is only guaranteed once payment is made. 

7. For vendors sharing a table, they must be indicated on your application form and pre-approved by the market manager due to limits on the number of vendors per category.

The terms and conditions for ticket buyers of ShowUp App LLC regulate the contractual relationship between the participant, the organizer and ShowUp.

We point out that ShowUp is not the organizer of the events offered in the ticket shop. The organizer may have its own terms and conditions, which are referred to during the sales process . In principle, there is no guarantee of admission by purchasing a ticket. The organizer's domiciliary rights remain.

In the event of exclusion from the event, the advance booking fees are non-refundable.
