"OC Extravaganza” Event hosted by Orange County Connect with a day full of festivities that YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS!!! This event will have local vendors, food, music, and an awesome car show for you to have a blast at.

- All food and beverage vendors need a TFF for the event! Contact number to receive a TFF within the health department is: (714)433-6038 and email: ehspecialevents@ochca.com. It is the vendors responsibility to have the proper permits!
Please provide your own canopy, umbrella, electricity or shelfs. Our vendors are responsible for bringing their own set-up materials.
- All tables should have a fitted table cover with a cohesive look.
- All food vendors cooking onsite must have their own 3 compartment sink.
- I agree and acknowledge that my spot will be given to the next vendor in line if invoice is not paid on time within 48 hours.
- I agree that the vendor fee is NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the reason.
**COOKING**
Cooking in tents, canopies and booths of combustible construction shall conform with the following:
- Cooking devices that are approved, must have a non-flame or burner or a flame-resistive barrier.
- Food shall be prepared and served in approved containers, and the food shall be protected from contamination.
- Equipment used exclusively for warming of prepared food, such as crock pots and warming dishes, shall be used only for that purpose.
- Cooking equipment that do not pose an ignition hazard are permitted.
- Preparation of flaming food is prohibited.
- Cooking equipment shall be on sturdy and ignition resistant tables and separated from tents and booths with barriers and other combustible materials by a minimum of 18 inches.
- Cooking equipment must be separated from the general public by barriers or other approved means that prevents accidental contact with hot surfaces.
- Cooking on open flames or heat sources shall be prohibited within 10 feet of tents and canopies in accordance with applicable codes.
- Cooking that produces sparks, grease-laden vapors, or flying embers is prohibited within 20 feet of a tent or canopy, booths, or combustible construction, or other temporary structures.
- Cooking is prohibited within 10 feet of exits for the same reasons.
- Cooking prohibited within 10 feet of adjacent or neighboring tents or canopies.
- Cooking equipment must be kept a minimum of 10 feet from the general public by fencing, enclosure, or other approved means that prevents accidental contact with hot surfaces.
Orange County Connect has the right to cancel my booth space for without any refund or a credit if there is a no show for any reason. We have costs we have to cover and layouts we spend time on.
Reserving a ticket does not guarantee a space until payment is completed in full or otherwise discussed by a manager or host.
