All our events are rain or shine unless otherwise stated by the organizer.
All tickets are non-refundable including all additional fees and taxes. If disputes are filed by myself or my business, I am to be held responsible for the amount of the dispute plus any fees and time associated with handling the dispute.

We do not guarantee that your product or service will sell. We do promote our events to our upmost best as we hope you do as well
All vendors must post our flyer and post about our event at least up to 3 times prior to the market. Failing to do so will result in a $60 fee.
If owner or manager decides to cancel the event, the event will be postponed to a future date and/or location within Orange County, CA (vendor will be able to choose between two future upcoming markets).
