Welcome and we look forward to having you! 

Per usual our layouts come out 2-3 days prior to our events. All vendors are required to bring your own setup items. Loadin is usually 1-1.5 hours prior to the event. 

We are making it mandatory to have each vendor post our flyer on their social media pages, not just social media stories. We will work very hard on bringing people as well but this is a team effort and we are glad and grateful to have you on our team! We highly advise each vendor to invest at least $15-$20 in a targeted ad to promote their brands. 

We would love to have some of our vendors donating an item for our raffle! This will help promote your product as we will be announcing your brand and your item you are donating on our loud speaker during the event multiple times through the event and it will incentivize shoppers. 

All food and beverage vendors need a TFF for the event! Contact number to receive a TFF within the health department is: (714)433-6038 and email: ehspecialevents@ochca.com A 3 compartment sink is needed for each food vendor that has open container food. It is the vendors responsibility to have the proper permits! 

During the event, we are offering a professional videographer and photographer who can record a mini commercial and take 15 professional photos highlighting your product and/or services! 

"OC Extravaganza” Event hosted by Orange County Connect with a day full of festivities that YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS!!! This event will have local vendors, food, music, and an awesome car show for you to have a blast at. 

This Mother's Day market is a perfect time to sell your items and promote discounts for customers!!!! 

We will collaborate with all of our vendors on Instagram.  Please note there are no refunds due to us securing the location

Please provide your own canopy, umbrella, electricity or shelves. Our vendors are responsible for bringing their own set-up materials.

- All multi-month packages are for consecutive months. 

- All tables should have a fitted table cover with a cohesive look.

- All food vendors cooking onsite must have their own 3 compartment sink.

- I agree and acknowledge that my spot will be given to the next vendor in line if invoice is not paid on time within 48 hours. 

- I agree that the vendor fee is NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the reason.

Orange County Connect has the right to cancel my booth space for without any refund or a credit if there is a no show for any reason. We have costs we have to cover and layouts we spend time on.

Reserving a ticket does not guarantee a space until payment is completed in full or otherwise discussed by a manager or host.

Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving your acceptance email to avoid replacing vendor space. Please note that no payment is due until you've been approved. 

I understand that once my vendor fee is paid it is non-transferrable and non-refundable.

We advise all vendors to offer 10% off for our VIP members (those bringing cars or that are subscribers) and also customers. This will incentivize people to shop that are a part of our events.

Is your business a LLC, Corporation, Nonprofit or a Sole-proprietor (doing business as yourself)? 

Food vendor must have an adequate supply of properly cleaned and sanitized backup utensils, dishes, and cooking equipment and a hand washing station.

Clean up and be out by 2 pm at no later to avoid a $50 late fee.

All our events are rain or shine unless otherwise stated by the organizer. 

All tickets are non-refundable including all additional fees and taxes. If disputes are filed by myself or my business, I am to be held responsible for the amount of the dispute plus any fees and time associated with handling the dispute.

We do not guarantee that your product or service will sell. We do promote our events to our upmost best as we hope you do as well

All vendors must post our flyer and post about our event at least up to 3 times prior to the market. Failing to do so will result in a $60 fee.

If owner or manager decides to cancel the event, the event will be postponed to a future date and/or location within Orange County, CA (vendor will be able to choose between two future upcoming markets).

All tickets are non-refundable including all additional fees and taxes.
