By participating in group or individual counseling sessions offered by Kelita's Farm A Sea LLC or Kelita's Cork LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Confidentiality: All information shared during counseling sessions, whether group or individual, will be kept strictly confidential. The only exceptions to this confidentiality are situations where there is a clear and immediate threat of harm to oneself or others, which may require disclosure to appropriate authorities.

2. Liability Waiver: If attending any event, workshop, or gathering at Kelita's Farm A Sea LLC or Kelita's Cork LLC, attendees assume full responsibility for their personal safety, including any injuries or harm to self, and damage or theft of personal items, including vehicles. Kelita's Farm A Sea LLC, Kelita's Cork LLC, and Kelly A DaRosa are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during attendance.

3. Recording of Online Sessions: All online sessions, whether counseling or events, are recorded for quality and review purposes. By participating in these sessions, you consent to the recording of the session.

4. Refund Policy: All sales and payments for events, workshops, and counseling sessions are final and non-refundable unless the event or workshop is canceled by Kelita's Farm A Sea LLC or Kelita's Cork LLC, or in the case of inclement weather that forces cancellation or rescheduling.

By continuing to participate in any sessions or events, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
