 We hope you are as excited as we are about this weekend's event; Everything is looking great on our end so far. 

***Setup time will be between 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to ensure everything is in place prior to 1:00 p.m. FOOD TRUCKS And FOOD VENDORS should be ready by 12:15 p.m. For inspection. Do NOT arrive before 11 a.m. or you will have to wait in line outside the square. 

There are a few things that you can do to prevent last-minute stress, such as making sure you have everything you need and being prepared to arrive on time to set up your booth. 

*Don't forget your 10' X 10' tent (tent leg weights are recommended) 

*Please remember that electricity is not provided. Extra lighting or rechargeable lighting is recommended (most of the event will be after sunset) 

*LED Christmas lights and Holiday decorations are a big plus as well. 

*Just a reminder, booth location will be in order of arrival with placement right next to the last vendor to arrive. Food Vendors and Sponsors are the only exceptions, their locations are predetermined (Please check in with us upon arrival) 

**Please use one of 2 entrances for setting up. The entrance next to The Publix Plaza or the entrances by Meeting Street Restaurant. The residential entrances will be blocked off. 

We will have staff members helping you to find your booth locations. Be Patient and wait in the carline for your turn . 

**ONLY ONE VEHICLE IS ALLOW PER VENDORS INSIDE THE SQUARE. 

Please unload vehicles in 20 min and remove them from the square quickly so that other vendors can do the same. 

NO BOOTH should be taken down or removed before 7 PM. If so , we will reserve the right to allow this vendor back to the event and a fee of $75 will be apply . 

Please remember to Read always our Terms and Conditions. They are located on your ticket when you purchased them. They are also published under our highlights on our social media. Remember that our events are RAIN or SHINE ☀️.png  Events 4 All, own right to cancel the event during heavy rain circumstances . We do not extend credits, and we do not do returns.
